RETURNS

Our return policy is exchange or store credit only and must be made within 14 days of purchase. Custom made items are FINAL SALE and unfortunately cannot be returned for credit or exchange. In addition Gift cards are non-returnable.

To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any and all included materials. Please email info@sideskinz.com, within 14 days to schedule a convenient pickup date and instructions on preparing your item for return.

CREDITS/EXCHANGES

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your credit or exchange.

If your return is approved, then your credit or exchange will be processed. If a credit is requested you will receive a Gift Certificate and your credit will also automatically be applied in our system.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, all sale items are FINAL SALE.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sideskinz.com and we will be pleased to schedule your item for pick up. If an exchange is requested it will be processed once your returned item is received and checked. You will be emailed a tracking number once your replacement item is shipped

GIFTS & SHIPPING

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item WAS NOT marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, you will receive a prepaid packing setup for any item being returned for exchange or credit. Additionally, we will ship out your exchanged item at no cost to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We can only guarantee that we will receive your returned item if our prepaid packing materials are used.
